I’ve launched the Make Information Beautiful Video Series to empower non-designers to create beautiful visual content.
Let me ask you a question:
Do you consider yourself an effective communicator?
I mean, not just with words, but with visuals too? For the majority of professionals, the answer is a resounding no.
Everyday we are inundated with visual information. It’s estimated that 90% of the information transmitted to our brains is visual.
We’ve been communicating visually since we were cavemen. Fast forward to today: We’re using various forms of graphics, such as memes, videos, presentations and most recently infographics.
Yet, surprisingly a majority of us are downright terrible at it. I know because I was one of them and I couldn’t draw worth anything, (I still can’t on paper); but on screen, it’s a different story.
Fifteen years ago, during my last semester in college, I started to teach myself how to design and this led me to start my own award-winning Web Design agency HindSite Interactive and Visme, an easy-to-use visual content tool used by over 700,000 people from over 100 countries.
So I think it’s time to share what I’ve learned with non-designers — perhaps you’re one of them.
If you are, I want to help you become a more effective visual communicator.
But, Payman, you ask: “I don’t have time for this; I’m too damn busy.”
I feel your pain. We’re all busy and don’t have time to learn the tricks of the trade. But what if I told you it doesn’t have to take years…or even months…
Just a few MINUTES here and there to empower your messages with visual content?
This is my goal with a new video series I’m launching called Make Information Beautiful.
This series is not about making you into a graphic designer or learning design theory and principles.
Instead, my plan is to give you practical, actionable advice that can be applied right away, with any tool and for virtually any design medium.
So I’d love to invite you to join me on this journey to help you create beautiful content!
